This privacy policy describes how goldclip LLC (“goldclip”) collects, uses and shares information obtained when using our website or online services. This policy will describe the type of personal information you share with us as well as the choices available to you regarding our use of your personal information. We understand and value the trust you place in us when you share your personal information for the purpose of utilizing our financial products or services.

goldclip does not sell any of your personal information. Information Collected

We may obtain information from applications or other forms that you give us. This could include: your name, business name, address, phone number, Social Security Number, date of birth, driver’s license number, bank account information (including ACH information). We may also receive information from a credit reporting agency to gauge creditworthiness as well as understand your credit history for the purpose of helping you obtain business financing. 

We might receive information on potential clients from vendors or other referral sources in order to use products or services offered by goldclip. If you decide to refer others to goldclip then we will collect information such as names, email addresses, phone numbers or possibly a signed and completed application. You agree that you have received consent from each of these people prior to your having provided to us their contact information. We will then contact the referred party by phone and/or email and will inform them that you have provided us their contact information. You will also agree that you will not send us contact information of minors.

How We Use / Share Your Information 

We never sell your personal information. We may share information with other companies that we use to provide services for us such as obtaining credit reports and business financing for our clients. Any company we share information with is obligated to use that information only for those specific services we have instructed them to provide. We will share information from applications with other funding companies to assist you in your goal of securing business financing. We will also share supplemental information such as bank statements and/or invoices with funding companies to further that process of obtaining business financing. 

The information you give us will allow goldclip to provide more custom solutions for your needs. Information on our customer base will allow us to internally understand better how our products and services are being used and gives us the opportunity to make improvements and grow our business. Customer information will also equip us with a better understanding with regard to the effectiveness of our marketing efforts and where we need to adjust. 

We will detect and investigate any suspicious information with the purpose of preventing any fraudulent or illegal activity. We will release information about you in a few circumstances such as protecting you from fraud, if we are required by law, or if you instruct us to do so. We do our best to protect your private information the best that we can, but we cannot guarantee the security of the networks, servers, systems and database we use.

goldclip will retain your Personal Information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We may share Personal Information with Service Providers, which are companies that we use for business purposes to conduct activities on our behalf related to providing you with our financial products or services. These Service Providers are restricted from using your Personal Information for purposes not related to our engagement. We will never provide a lesser quality of products or services if you exercise the right given by the CCPA, unless the deletion of information makes us unable to provide those services. 

Children’s Privacy

Our product or service is not meant for and does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided goldclip with Personal Information, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Information from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.

Change in Ownership

Over time goldclip may engage in a merger, acquisition, ownership control change, capital raise, sale of assets or business units. During these negotiations we might share some or all information about you to other companies, services providers or investors as required during this process. We cannot guarantee that any acquiring or merged entity will have the same privacy policy practices as stated in this privacy policy.
